The front desk gentleman was very nice and respectful. The room big nice very clean. Thank God, NO BUGS.. The location was great. Near all the restaurants and mostly a Wal-Mart.
I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars!!! It deserves a lot more than it shows. I came here from Cali and it's been so hard finding great hotels at a great price. First off I want to thank Charles from the front desk. He has the best customer service and even went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable here. All the staff have been awesome, friendly, and very kind. I am not at all saying that this place is perfect so please don't show up thinking you will be staying at the Ritz. All I'm saying is if you want a great hotel, with great customer service, and somewhere to sleep. I would pick this hotel every time. Even above the ones in Charlotte. Thank you all so much and for all your hard work.

Overall everything was on point.. as a construction worker/handy man, just stupid stuff sticks out to me. Paint peeling/chipping, low water pressure in the bathroom sink, and other stupid stuff that a person in my profession can't help picking out anywhere. (Even in the court house) Lol but overall everything was great! And if you have a dog it's the number one place to go in my opinion!!
If you just need a clean room, hot shower and comfy bed this is it! If you want a luxury hotel experience, this is not it. It's in a well lit area and quiet. Dog friendly, tubs are small and outdated, but overall pretty good
Stayed here four nights in April/2024. I’ve stayed in 3 Red Roof’s on this trip - the one in Monroe was one of the better. The front desk guy was very nice. I must have accidentally made two reservations via the Red Roof app. He cancelled the extra reservation for me. But apparently, it wasn’t cancelled in time and I saw a one night charge the next day. I discussed it with another front desk guy and he quickly had the accidental charge reversed from my credit card - very nice. While Hwy 74 is busy, the rooms sit about 300 ft from the highway …so highway noise was not a problem (especially in the evening as traffic lessened). The rooms were clean…albeit a little old…but comfortable and clean. A/C worked great. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I saw no bugs in the room during my fours days. My bill was $349 for four nights. The Hampton Inn down the street would have been over $800. This Red Roof Inn is a good, clean, safe place to stay. QT gas station was across the street where I went each morning for coffee. I would stay here again…great value.
My mother stayed here a couple weeks ago and we all had an amazing experience with the front desk and the room was so nice and clean! The shower tub did drip the entire time but it didn’t really bother us other than we didn’t want water being wasted. Other than that- everyone was so helpful and wonderfully pleasant
When you’re in a bind looking for a room, this place is great for the price and location. Make sure you ask for Charles. He will definitely find a way to make your stay work out.
